To place your pets photo, please fill out the form below. Each entry will be charged ten dollars which includes one photo and you will be required to make payment online with a major credit card (Visa or Mastercard). If you would like to order over the phone, please call 270-926-6161, Mon.-Fri. from 8am to 5pm CST.

In the first field please enter the total number of entries you plan on submitting on this form. Below that are 5 separate entry fields that will allow you to enter up to five different animals on this form. Each entry will cost ten dollars which includes one photo with each entry. After you have made payment, on the emailed receipt there will directions available so you can submit your photos. Be sure to name each photo the desciption number so they can be matched up easily by our staff. Also you can mail or drop your photos off at the Messenger Inquirer building at 1401 Frederica St. in Owensboro, KY 42301 between 8am and 5pm CST Monday thru Friday.
